Type on English keyboard and have the output transcribed into the supported languages. This is not a translator. It is a utility the makes it unnecessary to learn other input methods. It also gives access to extended characters. No install necessary, just run the program, delete the program to remove it from the system. Will run off a thumb-drive thus making it possible to type Russian etc. on computers without having to install the IME. Also support for stress marks in Russian etc.
