NetSend is a software for sending messages in WINDOWS NT, 2000, XP (network messenger). You can use an API-function for the console command NET SEND (from Windows NT, 2000, XP)
NET SEND {name | * | /DOMAIN[:name] | /USERS} message.
Program NETSEND.EXE must be installation on the network server. Workstation run this program from network server. If you like this program, you must register and pay for this program after 1 month of using on address of author.
